Under the l'Aiguille d'Orcières, the hamlet of Audiberts thrives peacefully in a wooded and wild environment. Perched at an altitude of nearly 1500m, it has an unbeatable view over the village and resort of Orcieres and is the start of the Rouannette valley which gives access to the col of the same name.


In the middle of winter, the hamlet is frozen in an immaculate winter landscape of pristine snow, preserved by it's northern exposure. The snow-laden rooftops and trees sparkling in the winter sun make an enchanting image.
