Discover the 40km of trails for all levels in the Haut-Champsaur Nordic domain, which links Orcières with the Champoleon valley and Pont-du-Fosse, in a wooded setting close to the Drac.
Orcières offers various sites for cross-country skiing: this is the Haut-Champsaur Nordic ski area. This area is unique in that it connects several villages.
From Pont du Fossé, skiers can use the classic or skate skiing technique to reach the Orcières leisure centre and then Champoléon - Les Borels via 25 km of groomed trails marked out for skating or classic skiing. This long crossing allows you to fully appreciate the hushed atmosphere of the banks of the Drac, numb with cold.
Cross-country skiing with your dog is available every Tuesday evening from 4.30 pm to 6.30 pm at a cost of €11. Registration is required by calling 06 16 22 52 06.
