Renovation coaching

As part of the “Orcières Qualité Confort Hébergement” initiative, the Orcières Tourist Office has set up renovation coaching visits run by the Zérillo architectural practice to help owners renovate or refurbish their furnished accommodation.

Christophe, a building architect, and Sonia, a specialist in decoration trends, will be on hand to listen to your projects and expectations.

The Tourist Office offers this service to owners who are members of the Club Propriétaires Ambassadeurs as part of their accreditation.

2 types of visit are available:

– either advice on decoration and relooking, where we will provide you with a trend board with references so that you can continue with your improvements.

– or renovation advice with the provision of a trend board + work on your project plan.

These advice visits can be done by video if you cannot be present in Orcières.

The Tourist Office will pay for the 1st visit. If you would like us to follow up on the work, Zérillo will make you a commercial proposal afterwards.
