

Stéphane, a hotelier-restaurateur originally from Orcières, makes jams and sorbets from larch, elder and genepi flowers picked in the Champsaur. He also makes jams from 'gratte-cul', black elderberry and sea buckthorn.
These plants, flowers and shrubs offer a wide variety of original flavors, coupled with properties used in herbal medicine.
