Riding in a snow groomer, meeting the ski patrollers, discovering the snowmaking system… The behind-the-scenes aspects of the slopes are often reserved for adults. The Orcières resort opens its doors to young people from the age of 8, and adapts these experiences for children.
What if your child could discover mountain professions and what goes on behind the scenes at the ski resort? Every Wednesday during the school holidays, we offer an overview of what daily life is like at a ski resort: riding in a snow groomer, meeting ski patrollers, discovering the snowmaking system... so many jobs that might spark a vocation, who knows?
Registration and a prize draw for 10 winners will take place every Tuesday during the school holidays at the Tourist Office. For children aged 8 and up. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Pedestrian lift passes are available if needed. Duration: 2 to 2.5 hours. Meet at 2 pm at the Rocherousse chairlift/gondola. The activity takes place on the Rocherousse plateau.
