The “Forest des Marches” trail is rated green for difficulty and starts from Orcières-Merlette.

Discover the Forest des Marches via a magnificent balcony trail that will allow you to admire the Champsaur Valley in all its glory.

You will cross alpine pastures, which are places where shepherds live and work. Please respect their privacy by staying away from the huts and preserving
the mountain environment.
Due to predation, herds may be guarded by one or more protection dogs. Be sure to go around them and keep your distance.
