To be visible on our websites
To benefit from a more advantageous tax advantage: a 50% reduction (instead of 30% for unclassified furnished accommodation), and to be able to join the Agence Nationale des Chèques Vacances (National Holiday Voucher Agency).
Classification is voluntary and not compulsory, and is awarded for a period of 5 years. To be classified, the furnished tourist accommodation must meet the criteria set out in the classification table in the Order of 24 November 2021 amending the Order of 2 August 2010 setting the standards and procedure for classifying furnished tourist accommodation. This table includes around one hundred control criteria (compulsory and optional), and is divided into three chapters:
Equipment and facilities, Customer services, Accessibility and sustainable development.
The Orcières Tourist Office is accredited to carry out classification visits. Agnes Lagier and Nathalie Escallier will be your key contacts.
There are other organisations in the department: ADDET des Hautes Alpes (departmental agency for economic and tourism development) and Gites de France.
