Why classify your accommodation?
To be able to join the Agence Nationale des Chèques Vacances (National Holiday Voucher Agency)
Be visible on various communication tools: website, resort tourist guide, etc.
Benefit from a more attractive tax advantage: a 50% reduction (instead of 30% for unclassified furnished accommodation).
Classification is voluntary and not compulsory, and is awarded for a period of 5 years. To be classified, the furnished tourist accommodation must meet the criteria set out in the classification table in the Order of 24 November 2021 amending the Order of 2 August 2010 laying down the standards and procedure for classifying furnished tourist accommodation. This table includes around one hundred control criteria (compulsory and optional), and is divided into three chapters:
Equipment and facilities, Customer services, Accessibility and sustainable development.
