Lamb from the Hautes-Alpes, potatoes from our garden grown in Orcières. Homemade Tourtons and Ravioles du Champsaur, as well as our ice creams and jams made with locally foraged plants such as larch flowers, génépi, and elderflower. Dinner service only, by reservation.
